I think the idea of vs. Orks wasn't advising one charge a full unit, but rather using orks as an example of the type of unit to target: poorly armored, moderate toughness. ...as opposed to Banshees which excel against heavily armored, low-mid toughness.MasterDarksolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15812633227566402070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5157181917211253174.post-74939373029121326152010-05-17T15:22:15.724-07:002010-05-17T15:22:15.724-07:00This comment is a bit late, but I was looking thro...This comment is a bit late, but I was looking through your archives and saw this post. How can you say that Striking Scorpions are good against orks? even if they charge They only will get an average of 7 kills, and then they will take 6 wounds. Considering they cost 3 times as much as an ork boy I don't think that Striking Scorpions could do much against a full hoard. Not sure about gaunts. However, these guys are really awesome in other aspects of the game. Just saying you should never, EVER, assault a full unit of ork boyz, because there is almost no way you can come out ahead. (unless you are a dreadnought with AV 11 on the rear and they don't have a power klaw.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5157181917211253174.post-74687737789100298792009-07-30T08:58:26.991-07:002009-07-30T08:58:26.991-07:00Haha, nice ;)Haha, nice ;)MasterDarksolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15812633227566402070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5157181917211253174.post-65398804917392978522009-07-29T22:13:44.622-07:002009-07-29T22:13:44.622-07:00Striking scorpions?!
